JOURNEY.. JOURNEY OF LIFE

It has been a long time since I blogged, but its good to wait for something which is worth writing and that makes worth reading. I am writing about the learnings I got through this Journey, which was required for life and I feel this is just the beginning. I along with my family (people whom I respect & love) of 100 in two buses went to NASIK to attend BUSINESS BUILDING SEMINAR on 19^th of June 22, 2009 around 6 o’ clock from Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

Learning happened to me in two ways:

1) Learning from Nature

2) Learning from People

Now coming to learning from nature, first and foremost it was a cloudy noon but a small portion of sunlight was falling on a particular part of the mountain, then I thought, if you do your work with honesty, and sincerity nothing on this earth can stop us from getting into lime light and more important into to the God’s grace, my first learning. As It was cloudy, started raining heavily, see how God is hearing our words and blessed us and those rain water showed the way to Nasik so that we can witness India’s most eligible leaders. There are much more learnings each and every day we experience, if and only if, you have the learning attitude.

I feel so much proud that I get to learn from people who are younger to me and I would like to share those,

a) At the age of just 16 yrs, a person telling that my visions and goals are clear and all I need to take actions to become successful. Don’t u think at this age most of the people don’t know the exact meaning of success, goals, visions and action (very important). Ask yourself promptly, are our goals and visions defined clearly?

b) A person from a very low financial background was sharing her dreams with me. In spite of so much financial problems, it requires courage, belief in God and oneself and a lot of guts to share it with others as well. She has come to attend that program from her own hard earned money, isn’t that great!! Are we shared any of our dreams with anyone with proper timeframe to achieve it?

c) We have at some point of our life have faced this situation. When most of our parents rather than discussing about our future with ourselves, they will discuss with each and everybody they know. For example, as soon as u finish 12^th std which subject to take, which college to join? They will never ask this question to children instead they are ready to ask strangers and take there advice. We know that parents are doing so only cause their children can do well in studies and go to job and earn well, but they fail to understand their own child’s dreams and ambition in life. Even after so much sacrifice also this person has not spoken anything against their words, hats off to this person!! And I really appreciate her fighting attitude, fighting for the things which she wants in HER life. Ask yourself, have we ever been so kind to our parents even after they did a small or minute mistake?

d) Next person, what to tell about this person, she is really a gem of a person. Management of people is the biggest asset of her. So down to earth person, whom I have not seen in person till now. The way she speaks and her attitude to solve problems are amazing. Have you ever told anybody, “MAY I HELP YOU”, after your inner conscious told to help?

There are many other people whom I learnt a lot, these are only few ones. If you have answered NO to any of the question then just think for yourself, We all have living our lives for simply the sake of it or with some purpose. This is how our education system taught us to become successful? Imagine where you will be heading towards after some years. Final year B.E student contesting for Lok Sabha elections, AN INSPIRATION TO YOUTH!!!

I am very elated to write about this news, Mr. Ravi Kumara a final year B.E student from BMS college of Engineering, Bangalore is contesting as an independent candidate for Bangalore South constituency region. He has sold his second hand bike for Rs. 10,000 as the deposit and some borrowings from friends to campaign.

A very good initiative by Mr. Ravi Kumara and my whole hearted appreciation. He will be the role model for those youths who wishes to enter into politics. Everybody dreams of becoming an engineer or doctor and nobody wants to think about politics as there career. There is also a wrong notion that young people cant make it, that is what his friends told him. But nothing can stop a man who has DREAMS and VISIONS. I have written dreams and vision in bold letters, to make Indian youth aware that, they should have a purpose in life. More clearly, government does its planning for 5 yrs, we the citizens of the country are living our days without planning for next year, Where are we heading? then how can we achieve India to be a developed nation? And we the youth of the country are not ready to involve ourselves in current affairs and foreign exchange, and then we can’t even imagine how our future generations be lead and ruled. India starts with “I”, be the change you want to see.

According to Walt Disney, “If u can dream it, you can do it”. This person also had a dream of becoming politician from his school days. It is always said that if you want to achieve your destiny entire universe conspires you to achieve it. It is also a dream come true for him. It requires an immense courage to put forward the first, where most of them fail to do. Success comes from getting started. As action speaks more than words, we all would be delighted to know the after effect of elections.

REASON!! WHY WE GO WRONG?

" It is not through trust in our reason that we go wrong, but because through our sinfulness our reason is so imperfectly rational. The remedy is not the substitution of some other form of acquiring knowledge for rational apprehension; it is the education of our reason to be its true self." - Leonard Hodgson

Hodgson's words are relevant to the dilemma we face today. For "reason," we would substitute the word "thinking" and all that it implies. By "sinfulness," Hodgson was referring to our combined sins of laziness, fear, and pride, which limit us or prevent us from fulfilling the human potential. In referring to "the education of our reason to be its true self," Hodgson suggests that we should allow our true self to be whatever it's capable of, to rise to its fullest capacity. The point is not that we shouldn't trust our brain, specifically our frontal lobes. The point is that we don't use them enough. Because of our sins of laziness, fear, and pride, we don't put our brain to full use. We are faced with the task of educating ourselves to be fully HUMAN.

CHANGE!!!

Change your thoughts if you wish to change your circumstances.
Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them.
You will want to change them when you realize that each thought creates according to its own nature.
Remember that the law works at all times and that you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain.

Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health
and happiness.

We are what we think we are.
The habitual inclination of our thoughts determines our talents and abilities, and our personality.
Thus, some think they are writers or artists, industrious or lazy, and so on. What if you want to be other than what you presently think you are? You may argue that others have been born with the special talent you lack but desire to have.

This is true.

But they had to cultivate the habit of that ability some time -- if not in this life, then in a previous one. So whatever you want to be, start to develop that pattern now. You can instill any trend in your consciousness right now, provided you inject a strong thought in your mind; then your actions and whole being will obey that thought.

OPEN YOUR MIND

A housewife said, "Although I have studied the power of prosperous thinking for years and have had great improvement in my life from that philosophy, I recently discovered something I had been doing wrong. I had been saying on a 'fixed income.' I had been trying to bring more financial income to me in a certain way. I had not opened my mind to the possibility of unlimited supply coming to me in unlimited ways.

"When I realized my mistake, I spoke these words over and over aloud for a long time: 'I am receiving. I am receiving now. I am receiving all the wealth that the universe has for me now’

"Within a few hours, I received a telephone call from the new cable television company in town, inviting me to come in and discuss the possibility of doing a number of children's shows for them on material I had already developed for handicapped children and for slow learners.

''I went for the interview and this job is now assured. It is one that will bring a considerable income to me. As I continued speaking the word of receiving, my retired husband's business quickly picked up. A number of customers appeared with furniture for him to repair. These jobs will keep him busv and happy for some time."

This woman continued to daily speak the word that she was receiving. Later she reported. "Money seems to be coming to me from all points of the universe. I have just sold a children's film which will be shown in schools as an entertainment feature for kindergarten and for underprivileged youngsters. Also, a film on games for children which I made months ago has now been marketed and orders are beginning to flow into the distributor. All this happened after I began daily to open my mind to receive."

Many people fight their good rather than accepting it. They foolishly think they cannot have their good nor should they be asking for it. Such attitudes are no part of the child of a King. Do not burden yourself with such false ideas.

Take just the opposite approach, as did this housewife, and see what happens as you open your mind to receive.

INVITING IT IN YOUR LIFE

A recent newspaper story reported on a manufacturer of T-shirts who had gone bankrupt. The new story showed why: Thinking it a joke, he had placed this slogan on the back of each T-shirt: "Money isn't everything."

This man could not mentally accept the idea of prosperity in the form of money. He had not opened his mind to receive, so of course he did not. Conversely, perhaps you've heard the other quip, "Money isn't everything. There is also hunger, misery and poverty."

You must be careful what you notice, talk about, or give your attention to, because that is what you are identifying with, and that is what you will bring into your life.

Whatever you notice, you are inviting into Your life.
Whatever you talk about, you are inviting into Your life.
Whatever you identify with in your thoughts, words and actions, you are inviting into your life.

If you notice, talk about and identify with war, crime, disease, financial problems, in harmony, this is what you a inviting into your own life. Through the law of mind action it will come.

PREPARE BY SPEAKING

Many people's prayers are not answered because they keep asking in prayer, but they do not follow through by getting ready to receive.

After you prepare to receive, you are then ready for the next step:

Speak the word of receiving (as did the housewife early in this chapter). When you daily declare that you are receiving, your words make a believer out of your subconscious mind which then starts working with you to help make it so.

The way to avoid a pinched, narrow way of life is to deliberately speak the word of receiving. Declare daily:

''I AM RECEIVING. I AM RECEIVING NOW. I AM RECEIVING AIL THE WEALTH THAT THE UNIVERSE HAS FOR ME NOW."

"ALL THAT IS MINE BY DIVINE RIGHT NOW COMES TO ME SPEEDILY, RICHLY, FREELY. I AM RECEIVING NOW."
